Course Overview

Fundamentals of thermodynamics and heat and mass transfer - combines a number of sections such fundamental disciplines of mechanics and physics as the mechanics of fluids, thermodynamics and electrodynamics. This course presents the basic concepts and equations of thermo-and electrodynamics of continuous media, as well as heat and mass transfer processes in simple flows liquid and gas.

Learning Achievement

Students should be able to have an understanding of the mechanisms of diffusion and heat transfer in liquids, between a liquid and a solid, applications of the theory of heat and mass transfer
