Course Overview
You can get knowledge and experience for life span physical literacy through evidence based jogging and walking. First task would be appropriate activity for your physical fitness and condition, second task would be consideration of making your own design and plan for health and physical promotion, and third task would be understanding your mind and attitude for enjoying jogging and walking.
