Course Overview

The purpose of this class is to understand the relation between one's own mind and body, between one's opponent's mind and body, and their interaction, using basic Karate techniques. Basic Karate techniques, including suitable breathing methods, coordination of Karate basic techniques with footwork, Kata, and Kumite will be taught in this class.

☆Establishment of an awareness and knowledge of various physical activities by performing exercise and addressing the concept of sports culture.
You can do (1) Basic Karate techniques, including (2) suitable breathing methods, (3) coordination of Karate basic techniques with footwork, and (4) Kata (Karate form).
