Course Overview

Emphasis will be on fundamentals, and the way to enjoy playing game. Understanding and improvement of health and fitness shall also be addressed by playing softball.

(1)You can understand the characteristics of softballs and use them to throw appropriately.
(2)You can catch the ball thrown by the opponent.
