CE-WP05:Computational Fluid Dynamics Ruhr-Universität Bochum
Course Overview
The class provides an overview of numerical techniques that are used to solve the partial differential equations describing fluid flow problems.
Learning Achievement
Students become familiar with modern methods for the numerical solution of complicated flow problems. This includes: finite element and finite volume discretizations, a priori and a posteriori error analysis, adaptivity, advanced solution methods of the discrete problems including particular multigrid techniques
