CE-WP10: Object-oriented Modelling and Implementation of Structural Analysis Software Ruhr-Universität Bochum
The seminar links the theory of finite element methods with objectoriented programming in the sense that the finite element theory is applied within a finite element program developed by the students.
The main goal of the seminar is to enable students to implement the theories and methods taught in ‘Finite Element Methods in Linear Structural Mechanics’ in an object-oriented finite element program for the analysis of engineering structures.
