Chemistry and technology of nanodisperse systems Al-Farabi Kazakh National University

Course Overview

The aim of the course: to provide a comprehensive introduction tobases of nanotechnology. Understand the objects of nanochemistry and application in different nanotechnologies of organic substances; Peculiarities of nanodisperse systems and their classifications, Self-assembling nanosystems.

Learning Achievement

Students must be able to demonstrate acquired knowledge about nanosystems and understanding the peculiarities of nanodisperse systems

Competence

Course prerequisites

Inorganic chemistry, Analytical chemistry, Organic chemistry, Physical chemistry, Colloid chemistry and interfacial processes.

Grading Philosophy

Exams (25%), Activity in classromm (75%)
