Course Overview

The two main objectives of this course are to help students grasp the
importance of communication in the 21st-century workplace and business
environment, and to provide them with useful and practical guidance to
develop strong communication skills.According to recent surveys, oral
and writing communication is now ranked by recruiters among the five
top attributes in candidates, after teamwork and problem-solving
skills (National Association of Colleges and Employers,

course is devoted to developing specific writing, listening, and
speaking skills that are indispensable for any effective business
