Students have to certify this subject fits their level by taking the
placement test (http://ttbj-tsukuba.org/) or by passing a subject one level below this subject.
Grading Philosophy
Class participation and involvement: 40%, Presentations: 60%
Note that grades from A+ to C are to be determined based on the total score.

For undergraduate exchange students (tokubetsu chokogakusei). There is a student number limit.

Details will be given in class or posted on manaba. Tasks will mainly be done in groups, so students must approach the class in an active and cooperative manner, and take responsibility for their share of the work.
