Electron Microscopy University of Tsukuba
Course Overview
Introduction, kinematical and dynamic theories of electron diffraction and imaging, and lattice image theory on transmission electron microscopy, and the application to materials science.
Learning Achievement
To understand the principles of transmission electron microscopy imaging and electron diffraction used in materials science, and to utilize them in research activities. It is expected that the students understand the structure and observation methods of transmission electron microscopes.
