Course Overview

In this course, we will learn and practice the theory and methodology about coaching and training for elite athlete.

(1) The sports event, performance level, age and gender of the
Participants
(2) All the training program (HIIT, Functional Training and Conditioning)
you learned at the class
Your training program should integrate materials and information you learned at the class. The training program should be prepared considering that anyone can do your training by reading your program. So it is recommended to include illustration or pictures in your training program.
