Course schedule
Law relating to EU external relations is increasingly complex andimportant. This is due to the high number of agreements concluded andthe frequent extension of cooperation fields with third countries andinternational organizations. During this course, students discover the constitutional basis of EUexternal relations law, the organization of powers betweeninstitutions and the distribution of competences with member States. If time permits, some of the key external policies such as commoncommercial policy, foreign policy or development policy will bestudied.
