Course schedule

Law relating to EU external relations is increasingly complex and
important. This is due to the high number of agreements concluded and
the frequent extension of cooperation fields with third countries and
international organizations.

During this course, students discover the constitutional basis of EU
external relations law, the organization of powers between
institutions and the distribution of competences with member States.

If time permits, some of the key external policies such as common
commercial policy, foreign policy or development policy will be
studied.
