Course prerequisites

Students must have followed "European Economic Environment I" from the
Master 1 in Euopean Business Administration.

Grading Philosophy

Continuous assessment is carried out with an assignment based on the
content of the course with at least two separate grades. One of these
grades is based on an individual assignment. Grades may be based on
several types of tasks (homework, group work, final exam,
presentation, etc.) determined by the professor. No resits are allowed
in continuous assessment.

Course schedule

The main objectives of the course can be summarized as follows:

- Compare the European Union with other major economic actors, in
fields like international trade, international investment (FDI),
official reserves, etc.
- Explain what is exactly at stake due to Brexit, for the E.U. and
for the U.K.
- Analyze the crises that have happened in the Eurozone since the
Great Recession (2009)
