> The learning objective of the course is to acquire basic knowledgeconcerning the institutional European framework, especially theEuropean Union. > Students should have basic knowledge of: - The Council of Europe, - The European Convention on Human Rights, - The history, institutions and functioning of the European Union.

- High-school diploma. - No prerequisites in terms of specialization (introduction course). - B2 level in English - No specific computer or Internet expertise required. However basicknowledge of software/Internet is advised (PPT online).
Grading Philosophy
- Assessment based on a 1½ hour written exam composed of multiplequestions (100% of the mark) in January. - Resit possible.
