Learn how to use Adobe Creative Suite through four production tasks.

Students will acquire basic knowledge about the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) through four production tasks.

Grading Philosophy

Students submit three weekly task-based assignments (20% + 20% + 20%) and a final project (40%). Evaluation is based on technical skill, concept and creativity applied.

Course schedule

(1) The lesson is performed online
(2) Types of online lessons, implementation methods, implementation tools: On-demand format, MS Teams is used.
(3) Distributing lecture materials: Distributed on MS Teams/MS Stream

Drawing with Bezier curves (Adobe Illustrator)
Using type tools (Adobe Illustrator)
Manipulating images (Adobe Photoshop)
Producing single- and multi-page layouts (Adobe InDesign)
Final assignment (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)
The following are required for the course: USB flash drive or external hard drive, access to Adobe Photoshop CC; Adobe Illustrator CC, and Adobe InDesign CC.
