Grading Philosophy
Continuous assessment is carried out with an assignment based on thecontent of the course with at least two separate grades. One of thesegrades is based on an individual assignment. Grades may be based onseveral types of tasks (homework, group work, final exam,presentation, etc.) determined by the professor. No resits are allowedin continuous assessment.
Course schedule
Students learn about the essential rules that, from a legalstandpoint, govern the business world and of their application by thelegal agents in an international context. Courses will involvediscussions about the relationship between the attainment of businessobjectives, as presented by management and the fulfilment of therequirements of the legal systems. Students also learn how to identify potential legal risks, how tomanage them and how to approach the solution of legal issues arisingin their professional lives; Finally, they will familiarize themselveswith the execution of legal documents in the context of businesstransactions involving the transfer of businesses. Students must attend classes, actively participate in the debates,conduct personal work and draft and submit documents proposing keysolutions to the legal issues posed.
