Course Overview
This course is focused to train students on processing and analysis of genomic sequences, gene expression data and protein interaction studies.
Learning Achievement
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to study molecular biology through data analysis techniques and can work on 1. Omics datasets 2. Handling genome sequencing projects and perform Genome assembly, annotation and gene prediction studies 3. Decipher gene regulatory mechanisms through transcriptomic and pathway data analysis.

Grading Philosophy
The students will be evaluated by report submissions (Assignment submission). Note that grades (A+, A, B, C and D) are to be determined based on the score (> 90% : A+, 75-90%:A,60-80%:B,50-60%:C,<50%:D).
