Students must have folowed the course "International Strategy" and"International French Firms" from the Master 1 in European BusinessAdministration.
Grading Philosophy
Continuous assessment is carried out with an assignment based on thecontent of the course with at least two separate grades. One of thesegrades is based on an individual assignment. Grades may be based onseveral types of tasks (homework, group work, final exam,presentation, etc.) determined by the professor. No resits are allowedin continuous assessment.
Course schedule
Upon completion of this course, students should be able to: - Understand the globalization process drawing conclusions on itsdeterminants and outcomes - Identify major forces and differences inthe global business environment - Apply tools and critical thinkingskills to analyze foreign market opportunities - Recognizealternative entry modes and design and evaluate market entrystrategies - Discuss the factors that lead a firm to standardize oradapt its marketing mix - Understand international marketing mixdecisions: product, price, place and promotion - Design and assessan international marketing strategy and program - Apply personal andinterpersonal skills suitable for international marketing teams -Prepare and deliver oral presentations that are clear, focused,well-structured, and delivered in a professional manner.
