Course Overview

Course goals and objectives: to introduce undergraduates to the history of international legal regulation of migration, with the specific regulation of migration relations in the international public and private law

Learning Achievement

Student will be able to analyze texts sources of international migration law: constituent documents of international organizations, international treaties, other means of international legal regulation of a non-contractual nature, decisions of international judicial institutions

Competence

Course prerequisites

Public International Law, Private International Law, Labor Law, Civil Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign countries

Grading Philosophy

Exams (25%), Activity in classromm (75%)
