Course Overview
International business has been undergoing a period of rapidtransformation with globalization, integrated logistics and thedevelopment of digitalization. The efficient and integratedorganization of such activities is often referred to as globallogistics or supply chain management becoming the core of globalcompetitive power. In this course, students will discover the basics,figures, risks, benefits and jobs of such international and domesticchanges, about the importance of supply chain management who turnedfrom a cost point of view to a key value component with many practicalexamples and case studies (some producers and service providers,products flow and job descriptions).
