International Supply Chain Management University of Bordeaux

Course Overview

International business has been undergoing a period of rapid
transformation with globalization, integrated logistics and the
development of digitalization. The efficient and integrated
organization of such activities is often referred to as global
logistics or supply chain management becoming the core of global
competitive power. In this course, students will discover the basics,
figures, risks, benefits and jobs of such international and domestic
changes, about the importance of supply chain management who turned
from a cost point of view to a key value component with many practical
examples and case studies (some producers and service providers,
products flow and job descriptions).

Course prerequisites

- No professional prerequisites, basics in economics and international
trades (like incoterms) are a plus but not compulsory. - Fluent
English, however, the courses will use support tools which may help.
