- oral and written expression and self-reflexion writing a logbook inEnglish - comparing French and foreign legal cultures and systems - collaborating with foreign partners in order to create a commondocument (video, website or Powerpoint presentation) - formulating ideas and thoughts smoothly and with precision - presenting a complex subject with sub-themes, developing particularpoints and drawing an appropriate conclusion - phonological accuracy

- Level B2 minimum in oral comprehension and oral expression - Choosing the target language as an option - Computer and internet connexion required
Grading Philosophy
- summative assessment - logbook written in the target language (30%), project presented atthe end of the semester (written, 30%), defence (oral, 30%) - logbook handed on week 9 at the latest - project presented at a defence - defence takes place on appointment between week 9 and week 10 ofthe tutorial - defence lasts about 20 minutes - same assessment procedures for re-sits
