Introduction to Earth Evolution Science University of Tsukuba

Course Overview

This lecture introduces 4.6 billion years evolution of the earth, mainly focusing on the evolution of solid earth, and the birth and evolution of life.

Learning Achievement

Students will be engaged in achieving the acquirement of basic knowledge and scientific thinking methods for earth evolution by learning the outline of present Earth and its 4.6 billion years evolution

Students will be expected to complete readings regarding earth sciences
