Course Overview

This course covers the speech sounds, vocabulary, grammar, and discourse of modern Japanese.

Enable students to acquire basic knowledge about speech sounds, vocabulary, semantics, and grammar, etc. of Modern Japanese.

Grading Philosophy

Evaluation will be based on the final exam at the end of the semester (80%) and the submitted work at each session (20%).
