Course Overview
This course will cover the language knowledge (writing system, vocabulary, grammar, sentence patterns, etc.) necessary for students to communicate about themselves, their families, things happening around them, and other things directly related to themselves, as well as familiar cultural topics.

To be able to understand the language knowledge (writing system, vocabulary, grammar, sentence patterns) necessary for exchanging information about familiar, everyday topics such as personal information, shopping, and travel.
