Course Overview
In addition to reviewing grammatical structures and patterns covered in the elementary level, students will study grammar necessary for the intermediate level. Students will learn to distinguish different grammar points in relation to pragmatic characteristics and meaning, and learn the correct usage of grammar in everyday situations.

Quizzes 30%, Final exam 70% Note that grades from A+ to C are to be determined based on the total score.

Students are expected to preview lessons before coming to class. They will be asked to write many example sentences and discuss these in class in order to firmly grasp the correct usage of each grammar point. Students should review lessons after each class.
