Course Overview
Students will learn how to use kanji vocabulary correctly in practice as they learn how to read and write them. In addition, students will be able to identify their own weak points and devise methods to overcome them. (IKB vol.1 L1-5)
Learning Achievement
As students remember the reading and writing of intermediate level kanji vocabulary, they will be able to use them correctly. They will also learn to identify their own weak points in learning kanji and be able to devise ways to overcome these.

Students have to certify this subject fits their level by taking the placement test (http://ttbj-tsukuba.org/) or by passing a subject one level below this subject.
Grading Philosophy
Homework 10%, Quizzes 30%, Final test 60% (Attendance rate of 70% or higher is required) Note that grades from A+ to C are to be determined based on the total score.
Course schedule
