Material and Device Physics for Nanoscience III University of Tsukuba

Course Overview

The lecture explains measurement technologies for developments of nanotechnology and initiatives for fabrications of future nanodevices. In the last half, an overview of transport theory based on a quantum approach for nanoscale devices and some unsolved issues are discussed.

ナノテクノロジーの展開に必要な計測技術と将来のナノデバイスに向けた取り組みなどの概略、ナノデバイスの特性解析に向けた最近の量子論に基づく電気伝導理論の概要と未解決問題を理解する。

Competence

「電子・量子工学とナノ科学の能力」、「物性工学と材料工学の能力」に関連する。

Course prerequisites

量子力学、固体物理、半導体電子デバイス物理について基礎的知識を有すること。

Grading Philosophy

レポートにより評価する。
