Course Overview

Theoretical and practical skills of chemical power sources technology, the formation of ideas about the processes underlying the operation of chemical power sources and bases of their production.

Learning Achievement

Knowledge of the theoretical basics of electrochemical current-producing systems, the design features of various types of current sources; basic modern production and development trends.

Week1: Basic concepts of electrochemical power sources (EPS). The history of EPS. Classification of EPS. EPS in Kazakhstan Week2: rimary batteries. Acidic batteries. Week3: Alkaline batteries.
