Course Overview

本講義では、超伝導材料、半導体材料、表面物性、エネルギーデバイス、嗅覚センサ、磁性材料、超高速分光計測等の各種先端分光法、マルチプローブ顕微鏡、等の最先端研究をいくつか取り上げ、研究分野の俯瞰、個々の研究内容、成果の世界的位置づけ等を紹介する。各種材料研究をナノテクノロジーの視点から見直すことにより、新たな研究手法・概念を理解できる能力を身につけ、先端的な研究課題の適切な設定、課題解決のための知識の収得を目標とする。

This coursework is offered as Nanomaterials I, II, and III in “Doctoral Program in Materials Science and Engineering“ of Chemistry, Frontier Science, Applied Physics, and Materials Science for each term throughout the year. However, each subject can be individually taken.This subject is widely offered, not only for “Doctoral Program in Materials Science and Engineering,” but also for students of these four majors.
