Olympic and Paralympic Education University of Tsukuba

Course Overview

In this class, we will learn the theory and practices of the Olympic and Paralympic education. Especially in Japan, the eductional activities are promoted even in the Tokyo 1964. In addition, One-School One-Country programme was spreaded on Nagano 1998. Based on the historical background and experiences for Tokyo 2020, we will consider the future of the Olympic and Paralympic education.

Week 3 - 6: Olympic Value Educational Programme (OVEP)
Week 7 ? 8: Paralympic Value Education Programme
Week 9 -10: Education Programme for Tokyo 2020 Games
