Course schedule

Why do we appear lighter on the Moon than on Earth? Why should you use
slightly wet sand when building a sandcastle? These are all questions
that will be addressed in the introductory course on physics and its
methods. In the first part, we will study the principles of point
mechanics and Newton's laws. We will relatethe movement of simple
systems to the forces behind them. The second part of the course will
be devoted to the study of the properties of matter, especially those
of fluids. We will introduce, among other things, the concepts of
temperature and pressure andapply them to describe the properties of
gases and the phenomena of capillarity
