Course Overview
Diversity, classification, morphology, ultrastructure, life history and phylogeny of green plants, including chlorophytes and land plants.
Learning Achievement
The goal is to to understand the basic information about the diversity, classification, characteristics, ecology, and evolution of green plants including land plants.
Competence
Basic knowledge on taxonomy and evolution of green plants are essential for learning other fields of plant sciences, and related to understand ecology and environmental problems.
Course prerequisites
Grading Philosophy
Short exam in every class (50%) & final exam (50%) (it may be changed depending on the infection status of COVID-19).
