Course Overview
Development is based on power relations. The course aims at understanding the political background of development, in a broad geopolitical analysis of the past decades. This involves an important focus on the emerging powers and on South-South dynamics. The course is based on a multi-scalar approach of the stake-holders who are involved in development politics and policies.
