Programming I University of Tsukuba
In this lecture, students learn programing techniques for manipulating a variety of data. They will also learn simulation techniques with individual-based models. The programming language used is Ruby.
This course introduces various programming techniques to students, and aims to give students basic discipline for biological programming.
Lectures will give a basic introduction of these subjects for further study
