Quantum Theory for Applied Physics University of Tsukuba
Course Overview
We will study quantum mechanical methods used to theoretically understand physical phenomena. Specifically, we will learn about the second quantization method, Fermi fluid theory, and the linear response calculation method using Green's functions. Specific issues of quantum transport, magnetism, and superconductivity will also be described.
