Course Overview

This course covers the general principles of research methodology that are applicable to any discipline. It discusses the fundamental process in conducting an academic research. Mainly the several aspects of preparing a research proposal presented. Amongst topics to be covered are introduction to research, problem formulation and research objective, literature review, research methodology, research proposal and thesis preparation, and research management.

2. Conduct preliminary research activities by exploiting all possible research resources.
3. Write and present a good research proposal based on their respective areas of research.
