Course Overview

The objectives of the development of the discipline "Satellite Navigation Systems" is to provide graduate students with knowledge about modern equipment for measuring geographical objects, about existing measurement methods and about the possibilities of using this kind of data in scientific and practical work.

The student has to know: bases of organization, functioning, distribution in space and the development in time of regional and world navigation systems (USA, Russia, Europe, etc.)
