Structural Biology & Bioninformatics National Taiwan University

Course Overview

This is a class integrates the concepts of structural biology and bioinformatics. The basic principle of amino acids and structre will be explained first, then the modern methods to resolve atomic resolution of protein structures. The relation of protein structure and function will be emphasized in the third part of this class. Bioinformatic principles, methods and modern developments will be followed.
