Learning Achievement

This course aims to improve students' technical communication skills. The course introduces formal communication tools for scientists (scientific papers and oral presentations). The principle of technical writing and oral presentation will be introduced, and best practices in scientific communication.

Attendance*: 20%, Homework: 30%, Final grade (oral presentation): 50 %
*Be in class on time! If you are more than 10 minutes late then no class credit on that day.

Course schedule

Students in the Technical English 2 course will be introduced to the reading and writing process of scientific papers and the oral presentation of scientific contents. Students will learn the best practices to communicate their research to various audiences effectively.
