Theories of Rationality Ruhr-Universität Bochum

Course Overview

In this seminar we will discuss different concepts and theories of rationality which are of fundamental importance for scientific deliberation in the fields of philosophy, economics, sociology and political theory. This includes the difference of theoretical and practical forms of rationality, the concepts of explanation and justification, and the rationality of emotions.
