Course Overview
The aim of this course is to provide students with basic knowledge and skills about exercise and sports from many viewpoints. This will enable students to independently improve their health and physical fitness and enjoy sports throughout life.

The aim of this course is to develop your ability to enjoy sports, to understand relationship between health and physical fitness, and to maintain lifelong good health.

Course schedule
The three-days session consists of lecture, fitness test, fitness training, tennnis and other sports.
