Course Overview

The wireless and mobile communication course provides a comprehensive understanding to the modern Wireless and Mobile Communication. The course begins with the OSI and TCP/IP models and concentrates on cellular networks, ad hoc networks, access protocols; 2G, 3G, 4G, and LTE; quality of service; routing; mobile-IP; current wireless technologies for personal and local networks. It also deals with Network Security and Network Simulator (NS2).
