基礎科学英語1の単位取得者を対象とした応用英語コミュニケーション演習。履修学生の各自の研究内容に加えて、関連する研究領域に関して、英語で的確に説明することを学ぶ。英語を母語とする神経科学学位プログラムの研究指導教員が中心となって行う。「修士論文を英語で執筆」するに足る科学英語力、論理的思考力、表現力を養成する。 The aim of the course is to train master’s students in scientific communication in English. This also limits the ability of students to critically evaluate previous published research and to logically plan their own projects. The goal of this class is to actively engage students in discussions and instill in them the ability to participate in the scientific process. Grades will be based on student’s presentations, their completion of grant proposal, participation in class discussions and attendance.
